  • Can the production time be expedited?
    Unfortunately, the production time (fulfillment) cannot be expedited.
  • Where should I place my order considering I am on the road?
    Please place your order to your home address. GP Transco is not responsible for any orders that are sent to HQ.
  • Why is my order taking longer than expected?
    Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following: - The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us). - The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard. - The order contains 12 or more items. However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Support team for a status update.
  • What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?
    We accept payments using all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Paypal.
  • What are GP Transco's production times like?
    The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact fulfillment timeframe can differ from order to order. You can see a ship-by date estimate for each order in your “Orders” tab.
  • How does GP Transco handle refunds and returns?
    GP Transco works with a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
